Mark McManis

Mark has more than twenty-five years of financial consulting experience, including public accounting, tax, auditing, management consulting, business valuation, merger and acquisition, and corporate finance.  He has served on the board of directors of financial services and manufacturing firms, and has taught finance and accounting at the university level.  He has held CPA licenses in Colorado and Iowa, and has earned Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner designations.

As a founding partner of an Oregon-based corporate finance firm, Mark completed more than $1 billion in client transactions in a decade of serving clients in a wide variety of industries.

Mark received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and his MBA in Finance from National University in San Diego.
